Return Policy and Limited Warranty 

30 Day Return Policy 

SnoPlanks accepts returns on items purchased directly from us, within 30 days of the original purchase date. All items must be returned in new and unused condition, with original packaging and stickers. All returns must be accompanied by your original proof of purchase. You are responsible for return freight unless the items arrive damaged, defective or you receive a mis-shipment. To request a return, please email us at [email protected]. We will then provide an RMA number and shipping instructions. 

1 Year Limited Warranty 

SnoPlanks guarantees all snowboards purchased directly from SnoPlanks, or from a SnoPlanks Authorized Dealer, to be free from defects in materials or craftsmanship for one year from the date of purchase. If your SnoPlanks snowboard is defective, please contact us directly via email at [email protected] so that we can resolve the issue with you. We carefully evaluate every warranty claim. If we determine the issue with your snowboard is a manufacturing defect, SnoPlanks’ responsibility shall be limited to the repair, replacement or refund of the defective product. SnoPlanks will not be responsible for any costs, losses or damages incurred as a result of the defective product. Please note we carry a limited number of products and may be out of stock. If that occurs, we will work with you further to satisfy your claim. 

The following are excluded from this limited warranty: 

  1. Damage caused by abuse, misuse, or neglect. 
  1. Damage due to impact on rocks, trees, rails, logs, concrete or any other non-snow object.  
  1. Damage due to improper mounting. 
  1. Normal wear and tear.  
  1. Scratches, chips, and indentations in the base.  
  1. Modifications to the snowboard. 
  1. Cosmetic damage to the top sheet. 
  1. Non-original owner. 
  1. Commercial use. 
  1. Damage due to anything but lack of quality in materials/production. 

This limited warranty applies only to boards purchased from an Authorized Dealer or from our online store, and is extended to only the original purchaser. All warranty claims must be accompanied by your original proof of purchase.
